20+ years across offshore production, FPSO systems management, asset integrity, and project commissioning — from basis of design through FEED to operational handover. At NC Harbour, Ahmed directs all technical delivery: specification standards, supplier qualification, commissioning protocols, and maintenance frameworks.
Deep expertise in business development, regulatory affairs, and cross-sector deal execution. Direct involvement in large-scale power sector asset acquisitions during Nigeria's privatisation programme. Holds a professional qualification in capital markets practice awarded by the Nigerian Capital Market Institute (NCMI).
